Does anyone know how long the cable between the matching transformer
(in the small white box provided in an AppleTalk connector kit) and
the Mac can be?  I am in the process of planning the wiring of offices
for my department, and we would like to buy our own transformers and
put them in the ceiling if possible, and have a 9 pin D connector on
a plate in each office for users to plug their Macs into.
