Successful candidates will have an master's degree in engineering or a bachelor's degree plus experience directly related to projects on-going in the Center. Knowledge of UNIX, and LAN technology is a requirement. The Center is an element of the US Army Information Systems Command and is located at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The Center's mission is to maintain a "laboratory" facility for hardware and software evaluation and prototype development for Army elements worldwide. Project engineers must keep abreast of micro/mini-computer technology and are responsible for performing benchmark evaluation and beta testing of new products, developing and demonstrating prototype systems, and providing consultative engineering services to worldwide customers.
