Why is it that every time somebody climbs into their VW bug they
start driving it as if it were a Porsche? 

Have you ever heard Bill Cosby's routine (on his record "Over Two
Hundre Miles and Hour," I believe) about what the general population
thinks of VW drivers? It's *very* funny.
