Has any of you VW GTI owners out there come up with engine / suspention /
etc. modifications that increase performance.

I have literature from Callaway turbo systems and It looks OK but a tad
'spensive. ($3K for the full turbo).

How about 3-piece wheels, better tires than stock Pirellis, better
air damming.
