I have been a fan of Albert Payson Terhune books for years. Back in the early to middle 70s, a number of his books were republished. I bought as many as I could but am still missing two. (I'll provide a list once I get home and find it.) I recently bought an original of "The Critter and Other Stories." Thanks to my mother who bought a number of his books back in the 1930s, I have quite a few of his original works including "Lad a Dog," "The Further Adventures of Lad," "Gray Dawn," and "The Life of a Dog." I've never met anyone else who enjoys his books. They were a high point in my childhood. I'd be interested to know how you became acquainted with Terhune. Are you, like me, a collie fan? Sally House
