We are running Seismo 2.9 on a PDP11X84 with 2 RK07s, 1 RA81, a TU80, and
other assorted goodies. The distributed generic Unix should work fine for
starters, but there are differences deeper down. Dec supplied us with a 
list of functional differences between 11/70, 11/44, and the 11X84. For
