I have applied to UCBerkeley as a xfer student for next fall.  they say they'll
let me know of my acceptance by 3/15.  they say as far as xfers go, they 
consider in-state, and then 2-yr colleges first.  i am niether of those.
i've finished 3 semesters at Case Institute in Case Western Reserve U. here in
Ohio which pretty good grades (no Cs).
Are there any ou tof state students who can tell me of my chances, give me tips
of the Fin. Aid procedure, or tips in general?  i'd appreciate anything you
might like to scare me with including opinions.
