Seems there is some concern about whether seams on the SRBs might have failed under stress. There followed some talk about how there are 1800 bolts (do they really mean bolts rather than rivets?), and each is installed by a technician, and he and his supervisor sign a book saying they have checked it out. Then another inspector comes along, and a combination of visual and instrument checks occur. There was more, but I was only half listening until half way through, when I realized what I was hearing.
