According to the latest MARVEL AGE (I think) , the next three issues
of CAPTAIN AMERICA (#318-320, I think) will feature
"The Scourge", who is the guy who has been going around
killing (or at least shooting; remember the Elf in Defenders)
super-villains and saying "Justice is Served."

Until this time, his only appearances have been the
aforementioned shootings, where he (she?) always appears
in a different disguise each time.
