There are some adjustable ones on the market that don't seem to be quite as comfortable as the Balans-style ones. Someone mentioned that the degree of "give" might be important. From my experience, I would say that this sounds reasonable. Also the adjustable one that I have does not seem to work all that well with the desk that my terminal is on.
