Can anyone give me some advice please on how to seal
floors and tiles.

The floor is made of square foot no-wax tiles, and I would
like to know how best to protect it, and seal the cracks between
the tiles to make them water-proof.

The tiles are in the bath and shower stalls, and are grouted.
Is there anything I can treat the grout with to make it waterproof
and resistant to dirt/mildew.
