Check with your lawyer IMMEDIATELY.  Things like that (in NY State at least)
must (!!!) be stated in the lic. agreement.  This sounds like  they're changing
the rules of the game in the 9th inning...

Also:  There is a package called "C-Tree", a complete ISAM kit, in source,
available from Consulair Corp, and they swear it'll compile under
Lattice, BSD4.[1|2], Whitesmiths, ATT and other C compilers, and it has no
royalty or distribution fee.  It lists for $395.
