Why is it necessarily the SA's fault?  There are a lot of ignorant and stupid
users out there too, you know.  It could be that the original poster is a
twit who doesn't read the guide to posting, net.announce.newusers, etc.  The
SAs have better things to do than to screen all outgoing posts for
appropriateness.

[ This was not meant as an attack on the original poster.  I don't know or
  care if he is stupid, ignorant of net policy, or just screwed up and
  couldn't cancel the message fast enough. ]
