I am looking for the "oracle" program which was (I think) distributed
with Uni?x Version 6 and/or PWB.  It went like this: you would ask the
oracle a question (about anything) and it would randomly distribute the
question to users and reap their (anonymous) answers.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
