Need some info on "Automatic In-Circuit Test Systems" for Printed Circuit 
Boards (PCB's). Typically 

o manufacturers (companies).
o name (model # etc) of available products
o contact addresses if any 
o magazines/reports one could read to get some input.
o general comments on performance/quality/... of known products.

I know of one Zehntel Corp (Calif based) who has the TS-850 test system. Does
anyone know more on this one ?.
