unusual telemetry suggestive of a new  rs  satellite  has  been
heard  at  widely separated points on 29.400 mhz, plus or minus
doppler shift, beginning february 2.  amsat  is  attempting  to
determine   orbital   characteristics   and   would  appreciate
receiving reception reports, either at amsat hq or  on  one  of
