Keywords: Strange problem with these terminals

Every once in a while, our TeleVideo 925s & 950s tend to lock up
into a state such that only a ^C gets thru to Unix.  None of our
other terminals exhibit the same problem when connected to the same
ports (on a Sun 2/120).  This is super annoying :-( -- can anyone help?
