A colleague is trying to use his Dasher D200 (?) terminal with
another system which doesn't echo - and so he needs to set it to
local echo (half duplex).  There don't seem to be any switches
visible on the outside.  Is there an internal switch, or,
even better, a software or keyboard control sequence?
