I don't know abut San Diego, but when I had an LA Times subscription I
couldn't get them to STOP delivering the paper.  I love to advertise to
one and all when I'm out of town for a week; the pile of unread newspapers
is so effective for that.

Oh, yeah, additions to canonical list of so-and-so's who should be taken
out and shot:

n+1) People who explain movie plots to their dates in a whisper that can
     be heard at the concession stand;

n+2) USC (where the film school is) students who come to Westwood/UCLA
     (where all the good movie theatres are :-) ) and attempt to impress
     their dates by telling them, in a loud whisper, what Professor Schnitzel 
     told them about this movie in class today;

n+3) People who bring loud stereo/radios to campgrounds in the Angeles and/or
     San Bernardino National Forests where I've gone to get away from the
     city;

n+4) Hector Grope types who think they can lane share their Belchfire 88
     with my little Suzuki at stop lights, and then try to shut me down
     when the light goes green;

n+5) People who drive 30 foot long land yachts to primitive campgrounds, then
     turn on their Honda generators and watch TV all night, inside!
