The test was originally published in the May/June 1981 issue of _Games_ magazine; there have been two others since then, one in the May/June 1982 issue and the most recent being in the November 1982 issue. The original has been very widely re-published, frequently without credit to the source. I highly recommend Games, and avidly devour each issue (now monthly) as it arrives.
