The boy sits on Santa's lap and says (in a very arrogant tone), "Santa, I'm bored. I'm really bored. I want some GOOD new toys for Christmas. I want a new bicycle in the basement, a new swing set in the backyard, and a new trainset under the tree." Santa just looks at the boy and nods. When the boy gets off his lap, he calls his mother over. He said to her, "Look, your son is developing quite an attitude. He's arrogant and demanding. If he's like that now, what will he be like when he grows up?" "I know," says the mother, "I've tried to discipline him but nothing seems to work." "Well, this is what you do," said Santa. "Downstairs int basement where he wants his bike, put a pile of shit. Out where he wants the swingset, put anther pile of shit. Under the tree, instead of the train set, put a pile of shit. That should cure him" So, on Christmas eve, the mother follows Santa's instructions. On Christmas morning, the kid runs around looking for his toys; in the basement he finds a pile of shit, he runs outside to where the swingset should be and finds a pile of shit. Under the tree where the trains should be, he finds another pile of shit! Later in the day, the kid gets together with his friends to discuss what they all got for Christmas. They all tell what wonderful toys they got. Then someone asks our little friend, "What did you get for Christmas?" He says, "Well, I think I got a dog, but I haven't found it yet!"
