My favorite occurred while we were waiting for a sold out movie to start.
While people were milling around trying to find seats, a young man walks
down to center stage and announces;
   May I have your attention please.
As the crowd quiets and focusses their attention on the young man he proceeds;
   Thank you. I just love attention.
