This morning on NPR's Morning Edition I heard an unintentionally funny
spot on the Phillipine elections.  The story was well done, in the usual
M.Ed. style.  What made it funny were some of the names involved.  The
following is true (the spellings may be off, it <<was>> radio):

Q: Who is the head of the Phillipine election commission?
A: Mr. Opinion (maybe it was Apinion).

Q: Who is head of the Catholic church in the Phillipines?
A: Cardinal Sin.
