Saw this on a bulletin board here at ATTIS:

The oldest profession claimed the doctor, is Medicine, since
God used Adam's rib to create Eve -- a surgical procedure.
Not so, countered the engineer who pointed out that even
earlier God used Engineering to create heaven and earth from
utter chaos.  "And who do you thing created all that chaos?"
demanded the Data Processing manager.
