I always like Bill Cosby's Lone Ranger routine, in which he points out that
time and time again the LR sends Tonto into town, and every time, the bad
guys beat the snot out of him (out of Tonto, that is).  Cosby suggests that
one of these days, there ought to be a conversation like this:

LR:	Tonto?
Tonto:	Yes, Kemo Sabe?
LR:	You go to town.
Tonto:	You go to hell, Kemo Sabe.
