To the 'person' (and I use the term loosely) who keeps sending
me harrassing mail (you know who you are
allegra!philbs!aecom!werner):

I can't get through to you via the mail network, therefore I
am forced to make this public. 

If I receive any more annoying, harrassing mail from you
again, I will report you immediately to have you dropped from
the net.  Grow up and learn some manners.  I don't have time
for you to clutter up my mailbox with foolishness.
