Well, the light where my street turns onto the main drag stays green at times
for only 5 seconds.  (Especially when there are a number of cars waiting to
turn.)  Honest - I timed the doggone thing.  I don't know that this can really
be considered a "flashing" green light, but it's definitely the next best
thing!
