Assume the following problem:
 You want to built a MacIntosh-like desktop interface on a powerfull
 graphical workstation, with as little effort as possible.

There are a number of development systems to chose from, e.g. :

	*Sun + SunWindows + C
	*Sun + SunWindows + C++
	*Tektronix Smalltalk machine
	*Symbolics Lispmachine

Can people tell me what is the best system and also give me some
arguments for it.
