Well, the votes are in after several weeks of waiting and the
decision was unanimous to create the net.lang.c++ newsgroup.
Please move all C++ discussion from net.lang and net.lang.c to
net.lang.c++.

Someone on the ARPANET may wish to set up a relay separate from
the info-c mailing list. Not being on the ARPANET, I have no idea how
to go about getting that to happen.
