	I have been so far unable to locate a copy the paper by S. C. Johnson
and D. M. Ritchie titled "The C Language calling sequences". It was published
in Set. 1981. Could some kind soul please send me a copy of it if they have one
or give me some pointer as to where to obtain it from? I know you could
probably get it from one of the Bell Tech. Journals but could not find in any
issue of those that we have.
