They sell it to a number of companies including SUN, Apollo, etc. The president (or CEO, I'm not sure which) of LUCID is the same Gabriel who authored the Gabriel benchmarks and helped write the Common Lisp book; so you can rest assured that their lisp completely follows the standard. I have looked at benchmarks for their Lisp on the SUNs, and they are very impressive. Almost as fast as the Symbolics Mike Bender mhb@FORD-WDL1
