In the September 1985 issue of the journal Artificial Intelligence (Vol. 27,
No. 1), there is a review of the new book Structure and Interpretation of
Computer Programs by Abelson and Sussman (pp. 124-7).  It is mentioned
in the review that Sussman will distribute implementations of SCHEME running
on VAXen under VMS or UNIX and on Hewlett-Packard 9836's for only a copying
charge.

P.S.:  The book is well worth examining.
