Dr. James Peterson developed a VERY good Pascal->C translator while
at CMU for the Andrew Project.  The translator is mentioned in a
past issue of IEEE Software.  The Andrew System is a collection of
software for Suns, of which the translator is a very small part.
The translator (and maybe the entire Andrew System) is owned by IBM.
Educational institutions can get the System for about $100.  Anyone
else, well your probably out of luck.
