I've been running BS II quite happily on our Sun 3's.  Now, suddenly, under
Sun Release 3.0 PILOT, the unencoded keyboard stuff just doesn't work.  Even
the "kbd" program just sits there seeing no input.

Before I do any serious grotting around, has anyone else fixed this?  I have
a suspicion that Xerox' PS implementation was bitten in the same way.
