CADIC Inc. makes the STM4000 that plugs into an IBM PC. The list price for that is $4895 for 64 channels and $6815 for 128 channels. I would like to hear from people who are using such low-cost testers (the CADIC one in particular). Any comments/recommendations would be welcome.
