I was asked by someone here at Johns Hopkins Univ/Applied Physics Labs
if I could find out about the availability of the language "S" for
use on System V unix, or on IBM's VM... I realize that this newsgroup
may have discussed this recently (or that this may be the wrong place
to ask...) but our system only has a few "old" articles, and none of them
helped.

thanks for any pointers... please respond by mail, and if I get enough
requests & responses, I'll summarize...
