Summary: version 1.1 doesn't expand #defines in #ifdef's


     So, I'm finally posting something not OS-9 related! ;-)

     A BIX user has asked for help regarding the CP/M 68K C compiler.
Apparently, #defines are not expanded if they are in #ifdefs.  Is
there another C pre-processor which works?  Are there other C Compilers?
