Does anyone know how to create a window (in the c language) without a title
bar?  I would like to display 25 lines of text.  I can create a borderless
window, but I could not find a way to get rid of the title bar without
creating a custom ViewPort.  I would like to use the Intuition routines
if possible.  Is there a flag to turn it off and on?  I have been looking
through the intuition and rom manuals, but could not find anything about it.
(I may just not know where to look.)
