A user at our facility has purchased the communications package called
'OnLine!' by Micro-Systems Software.  We are having trouble using it in
VT-100 emulation mode with the system termcap for the VT-100 terminal.
After calling their tech support (?) person, who related that he had never
even *heard* of a termcap, we found that he would not (or could not) relate
the functions supported in the VT-100 emulation performed by the package.

Question:
   Has anyone developed a termcap for this package (or for the PC/PC-compatible
version called MTERM II)?  If you have I would appreciate it if you could email
