This is the double density, double-sided drive that pretends it is two drives, using the second side written backwards. TRAK includes a slave port on the back to control other drives. I would like to know what drives will it control, and what protocols are available on the pins/edge-connector. Part 2: I also have an old(?) drive out of an APPLE LISA. These are better known as APPLE's boondoggle. This is APPLE's own wierd design for double sided disks, with 4 R/W slots on the disk (the two heads clamp onto the disk 180 degrees apart from opposite sides, with each head having a felt pad opposite it). I think these would be fun to play with. Has anybody done anything with these before??? Thanks, I eagerly await any info.... Warren Long University of Saskatchewan Canada
