The recent posting of cpm80.tos is not public domain and should be
removed from any archives, public or private.

As several posters have noted, there is a copyright notice in the binary.
Atari here in the U.S. does own the rights to this software, and is
planning to release a working version here, for sale. They did not
comment on Uwe Hoch's claim that Atari Germany released it PD. They
did state that the German version is preliminary, and will not work
with rom tossed machines.
