   It's been my observation that a lot of the flaming and misunderstanding
regarding ARPA connections has to do with the connection itself, and is
not attributable to the "cretins" on either side of the electronic curtain.
Being on USENET, I personally don't (and more importantly, shouldn't have to)
take into consideration the fact that somebody may take my posting and 
route it into another network.  After all, it's kinda rude to take a perfectly
acceptable USENET article from net.micro.atari onto the ARPANET, and then
complain about it.  Likewise for us USENETters complaining about all the
"delete me" and "add me" messages.  Perhaps some education on both sides
may help.  Being admittedly ignorant about such matters, I wouldn't mind
some educating myself.
