There is KERMIT for the HP150. Last I tried, the vanilla version did't work too well due to bugs or misfeatures in the rs232 firmware, but I have ahacked up version that does all sorts of neat stuff like making EXTEND a pseudo-meta key, and transmitting the proper EMACS cursor movment sequences on touch screen input.
