	This may or may not have anything to do with your problem with
Fade to Black but, the AP ramdisk problem doesn't cooperate well with
other programs that allocate space by chopping off the end of the user
memory area and decrementing location $10c.  The problem is that the
AP ramdisk considers $10c to be the start of it's memory and thus the
RamDisk must be created after all other programs that attempt to use it
have been loaded.  This specifically applies to both TMon when loaded
in high memory and MacBooster.
