Could someone give me some pointers as to how to make windows with both
horizontal and vertical scroll elevators using MicroSoft BASIC 2.1 on a Mac?
My Dad wants to do this, but all it says is something to the effect of "this
is too complicated to be discussed here."

Please don't be a muffinmind.  Please answer me by mail (don't post), and I 
will collect and post any thrilling results I get.
