  Ode to a Mac Clock

Find time, little finder,
And define it for my files,
Where the sands are soldered.

Access the clock
And present it's tick
Silently, while I work.

Also, the calendar,
Come and gather,
Bearing notes when they are needed.

Time my code,
Tag the version,
And date all documentation.

Hidden, awaiting,
Never failing,
Ready at a menu's notice.

Such a little thing,
Unnoticed by most,
Used, because it is there.
