or MacTerminal transfers, or hard disk backups, or MacWrite printing...  I
am planning on changing Fade so it lets the Mac continue running while it's
faded.  It's just a matter of getting time to do it.  Sigh.

I agree totally.  I look forward each day to seeing what Mac goodies news
has brought me, and it hasn't been much lately.  Keep posting!
