   I am trying to write a Desk Accessory (using Rascal) that will allow me to change any of the attributes of a file (like SetFile does).  I am most interested in being able to change the protection status and the lock status.
   I understand that there is a toolbox call _GetFileInfo but will it do what I want and if so how do I process the information returned?
   Any help would be greatly appreciated.
