For some unknown reason, there is an enormous backlog of UUCP stuff on
ucbvax ... the filesystem that holds the queue just filled up, and so
mail will be bounced until things clear up ... sorry about this, but
since almost everyone calls us, we can't force polls ... not sure how
much news that flows through here is mailed, so it's difficult to say
what the impact will be.

Mail, of course, will bounce.
