We received the newgrp control message here for net.challenger,
but looking over the debate in net.news.group and my own
objections to it, I have removed net.challenger here and am aliasing
all net.challeger articles to go to net.columbia so nothing is
lost.

When a more orderly and agreeable concensus can be reached,
I'll allow it to be created here.
